In the unlikeliest of moves, the Charlotte Bobcats have signed former No. 1 overall draft pick Kwame Brown.
It’s a surprising move given the fact that Michael Jordan, the team’s current owner and GM, decided to draft Brown.
Brown was a huge failure with the Wizards, and ultimately Jordan was as well, although he won’t admit that.
The team ultimately traded Brown to the Los Angeles Lakers in a package for guard Caron Butler while Jordan was fired. ( Read More…)

Charlotte Bobcats star forward Stephen Jackson’s home was robbed by three masked gunman.
The three armed men entered his gated community filled with million dollar homes and stole a gun, a nice watch and an expensive wallet, along with other items.
The good news is that Jackson wasn’t home at the time, as he was in Texas for a basketball camp.
The bad news is that his wife was home at the time. She was forced into a bathroom but was unharmed. ( Read More…)

The Charlotte Bobcats have traded center Tyson Chandler to the Toronto Raptors for Reggie Evans and Jose Calderon.
The Bobcats will also trade away Boris Diaw in what amounts to a three-way trade with the Phoenix Suns.
The deal gives the Bobcats a new starting point guard after Raymond Felton signed with the New York Knicks. ( Read More…)
